Padded cap suitable for use under c14th bascinet style re-enactment helms for protection and comfort; features mantle for added neck protection.

Made from natural linen inside and out, with lightweight cotton/bamboo batting for comfort and breathability.

Can be ordered as cap alone or fitted to helm. A maille aventail can also be added to your cart from our maille section, to complete your helm assembly.

If fitting, we will need your helm on site for the duration of fitting, it can be sent to the address on your order confirmation or dropped off to us at an event.
