Almost everything we make is handcrafted in our Scottish workshop, with only a few small essentials sourced separately. Real people — working with real tools, real materials, and real care — create your items here, not on a mass‑production line overseas.
About payment options, and ordering custom or standard products
Standard products
Many of our products are available in standard sizes and options. This does not mean we will have all the possible combinations of options in stock at any given time, we do our best to maintain live stock levels online.
Please allow up to 5 working days after placing your order for despatch of stock items, or for us to process your order and contact you in case of any queries.
Your order status should be checked via your account before contacting us directly. If your item is not in stock this will be reflected in the status of your order.
If your order is time sensitive, we recommend that you include a delivery date request in notes during checkout. This way we can offer alternatives if we are unable to meet your request exactly.
Custom orders
Custom orders are scheduled in turn. You will receive email updates and can check your order status via your account at any time.
Custom items take on average between 6-16 weeks to complete, depending on demand and season.
If you are ordering made to measure garments you will need to submit a completed measurement chart during the order process. You can download one below.
Follow the diagrams and guidance on the chart carefully. We will use the information you provide, it is your responsibility to ensure it is accurate. You might think some measurements are not relevant, please complete them anyway.
Payment options
Card payment is available to all customers, in a variety of currencies. Please use the currency selector in the top menu beside the cart icon. If your transaction prompts a security check by the issuing bank, this is easily resolved via your banking app or by calling your bank.
If you prefer Direct Bank/Wire Transfer, we accept payments in a variety of currencies. Please choose using the currency selector in the top menu before completing checkout. Bank details will be provided automatically on completion of checkout, if you choose this option.
