Simplified Charles de Blois style pourpoint suitable for depiction of cXIVth & early cXVth. This style offers excellent shoulder movement courtesy of the grande assiette sleeve, and is also recommended for use in HEMA disciplines.
Made from natural linen inside and out, with hand finished main seams and lightweight cotton/bamboo batting for flexibility and natural anti-bacterial properties, with hand finished eyelets or buttons. Normally we would expect to see this garment finished with buttons, it can be completed with eyelets for points if preferred.
A more complex version is also available with tighter quilting and considerably more buttons, please contact us for a quote.
